Step 2: Put a Ring on It 💍
Give our proposal a once-over, sign on the dotted line, and submit your initial payment to secure your rental and wedding date. If you've fallen head over heels for our planning services, we'll pencil in a consultation to dive deeper into your vision. Your wedding, Your way, Yours Bloomly!
Step 3: Sit Back and Say "I Do!" 🥂
With your booking locked and loaded, we will work our magic, from rental delivery and setup to styling that'll make your jaw drop. If you've given our planning services the green light, we'll be your trusty sidekicks, tackling every wedding day detail to create a picture-perfect celebration of your love story.
Renting our product is EASY!
1. Submit an inquiry with your event details. Fill out our inquiry form with your venue name, address, email, phone number, and the date of your event along with products you are interested In. We will use this information to create a custom proposal tailored to your needs.
2. Review and approve your custom proposal. After receiving your inquiry, our team will work on a personalized proposal based on your event details and send it to you for review. The proposal will include the rental items, delivery, setup, and pickup costs. If you have any questions or need modifications, simply reply to the proposal email, and we'll be happy to assist you.
3. Confirm your reservation with a 50% deposit. Once you're satisfied with the proposal, let us know, and we'll send you an invoice for the 50% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your event.
4. Sit back and relax. After confirming your reservation, our team will take care of the rest. We will coordinate with your venue to ensure smooth delivery, setup, and pickup of your rental items. All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup within 50 miles of our warehouse, with a pickup time no later than 9:30 PM. Pickups past 9:30 PM will incur a separate fee, not to exceed $50.
Price is for 1 setup/location only. The price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set up the rental items one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception or anywhere else.
We offer FREE delivery, setup, and pickup within a 50-mile distance from Woodbridge, Virginia, if your pickup is before 9:30 PM. If your location exceeds 50 miles, we charge $1/mile, not to exceed 75 miles total.
Please ensure that your venue can accommodate our rentals in the desired location. Some items, like our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops, are very large and may not fit through doors. If you need any item moved from the ceremony to the reception or anywhere else, an additional moving and setup fee will be required. This is due to insurance reasons, as our coverage only applies to our team handling the items.
We will work directly with your venue to coordinate set up, delivery, storage, and pickup to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
